TSP inserts polycrystalline diamond from HNI with super-hard,highest wear resistance,high impact resistant capability. It is thermally stable up to 1200 degree Celsius. It can be manufactured into a variety of sizes and shapes (Cubes, Cylinder, Rectangles, Triangles, etc.). Can be manufactured into a variety of sizes and shapes that can be inserted into cutting tools, drilling bits, reamers and other wear resistant components. We have advanced techniques to test the impact resistance, thermal stability and wear-resistance.
