    We have developed an innovative new coating for TSP, a material with the hardness of diamond Ni coated that is thermally stable up to 1200°C and can be manufactured into many shapes and sizes(Triangle, cube, cylinder, special shapes)(1.5×1.5×1.5, 3×3×10, 5.5×5.5×4.5, 3×3×2.6, 8×8×4, 3×3×10×r1.5, 3×3×10×r2.5, 2×4×120...).
     
    In the oil and gas drilling industry, the use of polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) drill bits and TSP drill bits has become increasingly common, with PDC drill bits and TSP drill bits accounting for a significant fraction of the worldwide rock-bit market.
     
    Features of Nickel plating:
    - It creates a corrosion resistant coating that will protect the base metal from oxidizing and rusting. It is frequently used in food processing to prevent contamination with iron.
