    HNI manufactures a full range of premium polycrystalline diamond and tungsten carbide (WC) products that drive productivity in the oil and gas drilling industry. PDC cutter allows the high strength, hardness and wearing property of diamond layer. Applied to oil drill bits, PDC displays satisfying thermal stability, higher impact resistance and excellent performance.

     

    The HNI-WE type PDC cutters provided by the company have good wear resistance. Can be used on the middle hard bottom layer. Our standard PDC product is of cylindrical form, other forms of these cutters can be made according to customers specific requests.

     

    Before leaving the factory, the appearance size, chamfering Angle and joint surface of the all PDC cutters are tested. Several pieces were randomly selected from each batch for wear resistance and impact resistance testing.
